Sesame Oil is used to treat hypertension - it lowers blood pressure ( American Heart Association). This vegetable oil is low in saturated fat, rich in mono and

polyunsaturated acids - the good kind that cuts cholesterol.


For thousands of years, Sesame Oil has been used as antiviral, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial agent (against staphylococcus, streptococcus, common skin fungi). It also inhibits the growth of malignant melanoma (skin cancer) and replication of human colon cancer cells.

Ayurveda Oil pulling - rinsing your mouth with sesame oil ( cold pressed and organic , if possible) is recommended for keeping your teeth and gums healthy. No need for harsh oral bleach if you want white healthy teeth. By using the sesame oil as a mouthwash you can improve the health of your gums and teeth and help detox the upper part of your digestive system.


morning - before eating or drinking, take a small amount of sesame oil (15 ml) and use it as a mouth wash for about 5 minutes. You can do it while showering. Then, rinse your mouth and brush your teeth. Using a tongue scraper removes toxins from the tongue's surface, stimulating your digestive system.


evening - massaging the gums with sesame oil before going to bed prevents and helps receding gums.

* a traditional medicine native to India, still remains an influential system of medicine in South Asia. It is a complimentary and alternative medicine that uses herbs, massage and Yoga as some of the methods known in a western world.

Coconut Oil - also anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, fights lipid coated viruses, influenza virus, HIV, measles, herpes and tapeworm. Used in cooking and as a body moisturizer. Two anti-microbial agents in coconut oil: capric acid and lauric acid - are the same acids found in mother”s milk that protect baby from infections. When applied on skin, these acids convert microbes from skin, creating protective acid layer. So, organic, cold pressed, unrefined coconut oil heals and protects skin and is often used for curing perioral dermatitis and mild form of acne.


Rose hip seed oil - seed extract from a wild rose bush  (rosa monchata, rosa rubiginosa or rosa canina) absorbs even faster than coconut oil. Rich in essential fatty acids: linoleic acid known as omega 6, and omega 3, it is used for treating eczema, dermatitis and mild acne.


When it comes to treating eczema, dermatitis and mild acne know that your liver maybe overloaded with toxins that come out through the skin.


  1. *the best way to clean the liver is with lemon juice in warm water drink, first thing in the morning.

  2. *ACV ( apple cider vinegar) raw, unfiltered, helps clear the skin ( applied with Q tip, it doesn’t burn when diluted in water).

  3. *using yogurt ( topically and eating it) calms the skin.

  4. *Acidophilus and Biotin capsules help restore balance inside the body.

  5. *teaspoon of baking soda and ACV each, in a glass of water, first thing in the morning, will alkalize your blood.

  6. *when your skin clears out, use pure Aloe Vera gel for a while and on a regular basis, face cleansers/creams without soap, dyes, parabens and fragrance.

  7. *keep your daily menu 60% alkaline, 40% acidic ( which means more leafy greens, vitamin C rich food, water, less carbs, red meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol).
